Cache Slough 3.13.11

Going to try Cache Slough tomorrow AM for sturgeon and stripers, probably around 7:00 AM. Company's welcome -- CH69. Of course, this depends on my actually finding the place

I typically launch from Hasting's Island (but that's members only).

It's my first time there. But here are the directions FishWorks was kind enough to provide:

To get there from rio vista, take Airport rd west all the way to it runs into Liberty Island rd. Make a right on Liberty Island rd and take it all the way to where it runs up to the river levee..keep driving down the dirt rd and follow it all the way down to where theres a locked yellow gate..There will be and should be fisherman on the bank fishin..this is where you have to launch

How did this hookup do? I ended up going out in the Montezuma for a big 0 again. I didn't see this hookup or I might have tried my luck there.

Ya, me too. Saw quite a few sturgeon jump, once on both sides of my yak
