I was on the cell this AM with Bigeyedave trying to figure out where we were going to recreate and fish were busting in Crappie Cove.  We met at the launch at around 1100 and troled for about 1.5 hours with more topwater to be seen.  Marked lots of fish until my ff battery died, but no love.  The lake is still super dirty, but it is fishable.

Bigeye and his friends headed off to the coast for some spearing.  Hopefully they did well.

Sean,
I thought that the lake was closed.  I finally mounted my ff and rod holder and was wanting to test everything on the water before mounting the transducer.  Is there lots of debris on top.  Are both ramps open for launching.  Let me know... my wife would really like the kayak out of the living room.  (Personally I think it looks good)
