Berryessa Salmon Slam T-Shirts/ Order Form

Ok fellas T-shirts are now available for pre-orders. I need at least 30 orders though to make it happen and I'm buying 5 myself so thats 25 left to go! So lets make it happen!!! The Berryessa logo will be on the back of an all white 100% thick cotton tee with Berryessa Salmon Slam 2011 in small print on the front. The only minor change from the logo and on the shirt will be that there won't be a sand background. Shirts are available in sizes from S-XXL. S-XL are $16 per order and XXL $2 extra. I have attach an order form doc. down below. All pre-orders will need to be mailed with a check and recieved by me no later than 3/25/11. Ok fellas its the 1st and that means 24 days till the deadline for t-shirt orders. So far I have only collected and recieved 4 orders...Thats 26 more to go to make this a go...Lets Get'Em In Fellas if your interested in getting a t-shirt! If anybody is having any problems downloading the t-shirt order form or have any concerns, please dont hesistate to pm or call...The days are getting longer and the Salmon Slam is Right around the Corner!
