Launched at the MBK around noon and paddled to the red can trolling whole squid on 1 rod and Sabiki on the other.  The weather was "perfect" and the ocean was FAC!  Got only 1 took down and it's on for about 10 seconds then off!  Wish there's company to share the good feeling of being OTW on a beautiful day.  Saw a pod of Dolphins swimming around and another pod of Seals trying to imitate the Dolphin's  :smt003  The Jellyfish are still around but in much less number compared to a couple months ago.  Here are some pictures of the day and a video of the seals...

I forgot to mention,  after done with fishing I swung by to Andy's home in Salinas to pickup the spear gun and was treated to his "NCKA famous" deep fried Calamari and Stripper!  Saw his new "design" of the smaller "cooking pot" and loved it.  Order one from him to use on future NCKA's hookups.  Thanks Andy for everything!

the Vallejo-Benica crew is going to be sprung about the deepfryer(and by the looks of those guys, they could use the extra calories)  :smt003

I know how much you love being on the water Sonny. Glad to hear you
were rewarded with a wonderful weather. I'm sure the fish would just

What do ya mean no fish involved?  I got a fish ON for 10 seconds before the long distance released  :smt003
