Scotty downrigger on Hobie Adventure: where to install??

I want to purchase and install a Scotty Laketroller downrigger on my Adventure.  I don't see an ideal place to install it.  Any ideas appreciated.  If you have pics, priceless!

Not sure if its ideal or even going to work. But i have a scotty mount on the right side just in front of my knee (on the Revo) I am going to try it there. I think I will be either holding the rod or will have it in the ram mount behind my seat. I guess time will tell maybe the berry koke a thon!

Here's a simple way to do it on the Addy that puts no holes in the yak. Just a piece of Plexiglas and use the screws and inserts that are in the yak already.

Not a good pic, but here is my crate DR setup.  All attached by zip ties 

i clamp mine to my handles on my revo - O2B showed me that and it works OK.

Thx Zee &Al for the pics, and Ben for the ideas. Since I don't use a crate anymore, I'll try the TAP plastic attachment idea.  Thx again everyone.

Btw Zee, since reading your article on the minimalist approach, I've been yakking w/o a Plano box, crate and so forth. It's meant less stuff to lose in a yard sale and i like the simple setup, but could still get rid of more stuff.
