How to Hold Your Breath for 3 Minutes

When I was younger and free dive more often, I can hold my breath close to 3 minutes.  But since I gpt older and out-of-shape, the best I can do now is 2.25 minutes.  I want to get back to free diving again this year and found this video that might help me to improve my underwater time.  Would you like to improve your time too?

That is cool too.  For me, I always do a silent count in my head to keep track of my time underwater and give plenty of safety margin before surfacing so I won't risk going over my ability.
