Sturgeon Sat 15th Montezuma or Black Point

Just getting a feeling if anyone is interested in fishing on Saturday. Looks like a nice tide this weekend. I will fish the Montezuma  and launching at Beldings Landing unless others are planning on hitting a different spot.

Dr.H, I would be very interested in going to Montezuma as it's not too far of a drive for me.
However, I've made other fishing plans this weekend. Perhaps in the near future if you go out there we could hunt dino together. Never fished there and never fished for sturgeon from the yak, but ready to give it a try! Thanks for the post!

Sounds great I will look forward to hitting this together. Getting a hookup out here is about as tough as getting a sturgeon bite!  It's all good tho this area has some big striper in it  and most likely I will hunt them more then sturgeon jus cause I love and have better luck catching those. Will make sure to post the detail of the catch! Com-on all I know everyone wants to sit and wait for that nibble nibble... then fish-on!

I was hoping to go sturg. Sat. but not sure where yet. Depends on how well I survive Donner tomorrow.
