We're having a pre-tournee potluck at The Tides on Saturday evening at 6PM.  Then we're having another awards potluck Sunday at the same location starting at around 4PM, so that people who have to bail home that evening can get out of town not too late.  I hope the word gets out, but whatever happens Saturday is fine - Sunday's awards potluck is of course when the tournament plays out.

Since Gabe will be there, I will be cooking rockfish zarendeado tacos on Sunday. I will also cook up the heads and skeletons for those Hella Asians who gave me a hard time at the fish cleaning station last year.

I can smell the grub now!  Can't wait.  Wild blackberry cobblers for Sunday and BBQ'ing a mess of chicken Saturday - garlic, Yoshida's, garlic, lemon juice, garlic, and maybe some garlic.     French bread from the oven just upstairs from the patio would be in order too.

The kids (including mine) liked the cupcake cake last year, so AbWoman will pick one up for Saturday. 

Hey is there going to be a grill in the group area for cooking up some dinner on Friday? If so, I can bring some charcoal. No sense packing one if there will be one.

I'm a pretty adventurous guy when it comes to food ... but that stuff, man, it's just about the only thing I won't even try.
