picked me up a sturgeon and at the local market last night so it looks like sturgeon nuggets will be served as well!

Just finished cooking up a big batch of texas style chili (no beans) for Sunday.  Will be roasting a pork shoulder puerto rican style for Saturday.  I will just need a grill to heat it up on Sunday.  Otherwise, I will warm it up on the camp stove that i am bringing with me.

The wife is doing a version of bruschetta for an appetizer. Im also bringing a weber smokey joe and a bag of coals. I know its small but i'm limited on room, wife, 3yr old and 6yr old and one beer drinking jackass......and yak :smt006
