Teams are a good thing, rf.  It's all about safety and ability to assist.  A team can be as little as two people, and each team must have a VHF.  Camera and measuring device won't be required, but you may not score any C&R bonus points w/o those items.  Another requirement is that each participant must have ocean experience - this can be acquired at the safety meeting Friday evening, but it would be best to bring your experience with you.  We hope for good conditions like the last two years, but we all need to be ready for crappy ones.

Find friends that are going to the tournament and join up with one or more, or you can wait until the day of the event and hookup with someone there.  I don't intend to pre-register teams, although we'll likely list who's on what team before the tournament comes.

Glad you're returning, Dustin.  They are offering the winter discount, but I think The Tides may already be full...

Plan....buy jigs from MattS and follow GB2 to the Big Lings!  It's worked the last two years in a row.
