I got this from a good friend of mine  Kelsea and thought I would pass along,




It's been in the works for a while now, but not high press due to MLPA focus.

Let me introduce to you: The Marine Life Management Act (MLMA)

They should have done this BEFORE the MLPA. Changing sizes, bag limits, etc, should have been done long before closing off sections of the coast. IMHO.
