Unless there is a there is a sturgeon hook up somewhere else in the bay, I'll probably be launching at Sherman Park, Sat AM.

Like u said, if theres a hookup somewhere else,Might meet you out there as well! Lookin to do some serious sturgeon fishin this weekend but not sure where i wanna go! Been hearing a lot of reports up in cache and i know it wouldnt be as busy up there then down by sherman. My godfather was out there last weekend around chain isl. and everywhere in between and must counted over 200 boats! Fishfarmer, are launching from the actual park? gonna do a recon misson 2day and figure where to go!

Lacking a better alternative, yes.

If you don't mind, let me know. Sherman is just more convenient for me and, I thought, less crowded than nearer Pittsburgh.

Hey Ben,

Of course I'll be working, making sure we all have plenty of Gas, Jet, and Diesel, ready to go for the holiday rush,

But I'll be looking forward to your report,

Yea i would think pittsburg up to decker island its gonna be busy! And im thinkin of safety first! Not so sure i wanna be out there with a big tide plus a lot of boat traffic so thats why im thinkin cache sl. Cache sl is upriver from Rio Vista and starts where the ferry crossing is and goes up quite a ways! Ive seen a lot of fish caught in there and there always seems to be rollers around too! I know of a perfect spot to launch where its free and a short paddle to where we would fish. Cache slough is about 8miles upriver from sherman island so its not that farther of a drive!

Sounds good to me! If you want to do that I'm game.

Just let me know.
