Shimano TLD 15 repairs...

The gears on my Shimano TLD 15 have started to stiffen up...when I increase the drap pressure, the handle also gets harder to turn. It doesn't spin freely like it should.
What should I do? I bought it from Hi's Tackle Box...should I take it to them? Send it to Shimano?

I had this happen with a TLD15.  The right main side plate bearing was corroded and no longer spinning freely.  Alan Tani pulled it and replaced it.
