kayakers rescued in ucos!

4 kayakers were rescued off cayucos at approx. 10.  STAY OUT OF THE WATER!  (Non-anglers) 2 made it back to the beach. One capsized yak with person clinging to bottom 1-2 miles off cayucos point,  1 person floating, no yak, spotted by the coast gaurd chopper 1-2 miles off point.  one case of hypothermia, one boat towed back to mb.  USE EXTREME  CAUTION WHILE WIND IS OVER 20 knots.  Coast gaurd, cambria search & rescue, mb harbor dept.,MB FIRE DEPT.
