A pump broke, and the alrm didn't sound, either did the back-up alarm.  Bummer!  Sound like a little more PM is needed at the hatchery.

Eh, that happens.  Happened to me a few times on a smaller scale with one of my aquariums...

At least it wasn't a klamath level catastrophie.
