FYI:
For brewing I use the Bayou Classic SQ 14 which is 55,000 BTU and runs anywhere from $40-$50. It will bring 5-1/2 gallons of water to boil in a little over 12 minutes. Bayou also has the Classic SP1Jet from $34 with 185,000 BTU.

I went by today, and picked one up. They just got in about 25 of em.

Nope They are made to sit on table/grd. I'm rebuilding an old indrustial can cooker from the early 1900s and this thing makes it look silly
