Thanks again to Andy and Brenda for inviting Sara and I on this aweseome trip up to the South Lake Tahoe area!  The condo was fricking a party pad, and the place being right on the water and close to casino's, made for a very fun time  :smt002  We arrived at 10PM and went straight to the casino and met up with Andy and proceeded to drink and gamble the rest of the night away  :smt044  Woke up amazingly early for such a night of drinking, 7:30, and went to the store and made breakfast.  Hit the road around 9 and went in search of trout, which the first spot we hit Sara lands 4 trout, all by herself!   :smt007

We hit a few more spots, and catch a few more fish before heading back to shower and rest up for another night of partying at the casino's  :smt044  This time we are up till past 4AM, and had a fun night celebrating for Sara's Birthday  :occasion13: :occasion16: :occasion15:  :smt008

Oh, and on the way home we saw some awesome waterfall starting at the base of HWY 50, the entire side of the mountain was a river!  Then we detoured into the Sierra ski resort, and there was a neat looking forest road we drove down, and to our suprise we were driving on the service road for the resort, and actuall drove across some of the ski runs  :smt004 We decieded to look for more waterfalls and took some turns off 50 exploring.  We found a junction that crossed us over to HWY 88, but I didn't keep track of where we were, just kept the GPS pointing to home as we drove around blind in the rain.  Came across some awesome raging rivers and took some pics and video, and many many waterfalls.  Rained constantly until we were out of the hills, and made for a very enjoyable ride home.

All in all, what more can you ask for?   :smt005

You didn't get hassled for having your pictures taken inside the casino?

I have to agree with Mooch, I love the stream/river fishing.

Hojo- I thought for sure we were going to get kicked out of somewhere eventually but I guess we behaved ourselves  :smt003 j/k we were all pretty tame. The most yelling happened on Sunday afternoon when the Raiders Kicked ASS!!!! I think Andy and I hi-fived more than I've ever hi-fived anyone other then my son haha

Lots of happy smiles, i love it!

you all are making me hungry for Tahoe. I have my eye on a full week in February, just with the xc skis instead of the yak.
