I've been keeping an eye out for a newer yak to upgrade my old-school pro-explorer, was looking to drop $500 or so.  Found these beauties on CL, I was first one to call, picked up both yaks (Hobie Quest's, each used 6 times or so, not a scratch on 'em), paddles, seats, plugs, owners manual, receipts, etc. for $500 total.  It's going to be hard to sleep tonight!  Tight lines!

Dude!  That appears to be a great deal!!  WTG.   :smt001

Are they paddle or pedal powered?

Yeah, $500 for everything.  From the ad I was thinking they could be hot, but the paperwork is all there...just an older guy who was moving away and didn't want to move them, and didn't want to deal with Craig-Flakes.  They're paddle powered, not the Great White buzzbaits.   :smt001

Let's get out there Tad...I stopped by Lewiston after hunting Saturday, fish were jumping all over that lake.  This weekend is booked, but next is looking good.

I hope you, all your yaks, that sweet Montauk and your crew can make it to Shelter Cove with us next May, Ben.  I'd be interested in throwing a chunk of tournee ca$h your way to be a safety boat if that appeals to you.
