Yeah I think we need to keep it simple and no fish entered that could not be legally kept.

You already have a nice one for the pool anyways  :smt002

I have one last bug to work out on the pool site and then I have to do layout. My UI friend will be back next week so I should be able to get it online in the next few weeks.

Actually let me correct myself, as long as the fish can be caught legally I am going to allow them in the pool. They still must comply with all DFG regs so in the slot, not oversized, in season etc... If you can catch them you can enter them.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

I corrected myself in the second message, as long as you can legally catch them you may enter them in the pool. So you can enter fish caught in a C&R area so long as they are not bigger than any DFG upper limit. So a bad example would be catching a 68 inch sturgeon in a C&R area, this could be entered but a 75 inch sturgeon caught in the same area could not.

The only problem I have is that I don't fish with NCKA people all the time to verify my catch.  I plan on doing a lot of after work fishing(possibly solo) for stripers this year. I understand the need for this rule but it kinda ruins it for me.

No need for a witness as long as you have a picture of the catch with the proper measurement.

Randy a scaled down yardstick has inch marks every half inch, so instead of being 36 inches long it's only 18 inches but in photos it can look 36.

After expanding the pool to include many more FW fush this time around, I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. If there is enough support I will add catfish next year.
