I thought I was done with looking for ghosts, but those reports are sucking me in again; conditions look good for tomorrow and they were still catching them yesterday, so I'm headed out-6:30-7:00, Ch 69.  Hope to see you.

Hi Tom,
My brother, BassYak, and myself will be there.  Thats a green PA, a white PA, and red bass yak.  I caught a 31 lb WSB from a boat on Sat. and would love to get one from a yak.  I'll see you there. :smt001

100 boasts off Monterey today looking for WSB.   My wife and I were down working on the house so I could not get out.   A guy on Coastside said he saw a yak with a double!   great fun to watch (I/m sure it was more to to catch).  They  ended up with 3 - huge - pictures to prove

I have not tried for WSB from my yak or boat but the pictures and reports are killing me.   Where are people buying the squid?

Tom how did you do??

also qsuid can be bought at Safeway, or any baitshop.  Just get the climari or market squid.

Cheap and effective.

Allen: Alas, it was not me with the double, or even single.  Still some radio fish, I didn't see any. I think it's 3 strikes and out for me. I got a couple free balloons out of it though, from ChuckE, and tried that technique.    It was bumpier this time than the last two, but no wind until late.   Metered lots of squid from the bottom to halfway up.  Several squid boats out there with the fleet.
