Salsa: (Portion to taste)
yellow onion
tomatos
cilantro
jalepeno
garlic
mango
pineapple
juice from a lime
salt

Sauce
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup milk
garlic salt
juice from lemon
Stick to the portions of mayo and milk but do the garlic salt and lemon to taste
I also tossed in a few spoonsful of sour cream. I recommend doing that too.

Fish:
I think blues and blacks work best. Unfortunately I had to use tilapia..just OK, still good but definitely not the same.
Coat a baking dish with butter or margerine. Coat fish with olive oil and dill weed. Bake at 350 until done.
Pull out of oven and mash all the fish together.
I like to heat my tortillas on the BBQ. Crisps them up nicely w/o the oil.
Spoon on fish, salsa, then sauce and enjoy!
The beer is only to keep me focused while I am preparing the meal.
8%. Gotta love 'Eye of the Hawk'.
P.S. Take a close look at the background on the oven temp.
