Don't know. I bought my lifetime license years ago. Get my license, second pole stamp, Ocean enhancement stamp, Bay Delta enhancement stamp all together every December.

ocean enhancement stamp:

Allows  an angler to fish in ocean waters south of Point Arguello (Santa Barbara County).  An Ocean Enhancement Stamp is not required when fishing under the authority of a One or Two-Day Sport Fishing License.

is something all the so-cal people need I wonder? I don't get it.

Real meaning:  We need another way to funnel money into the state's bank account......once its there its not in any way shape or form to be spent on anything related to fish and/or game.

I bought mine on E-Bay. Slightly used, part of one stamp missing. $17.81 plus $22.00 shipping.
