heard things have been heating up in the area , if the ocean stays somewhat calm im thinkin of hittin it up.
ive surfed fished here before but never yak launched so if anyone with some EXP. wants to roll that would be great

Are you going after halibut? How is the surf there, or out off the coast there? That's kind of where those guys went down a couple of weeks ago.

surf report looks a little big for friday... Be careful out there, I have launched a couple times there and report says waist to shoulder high with some shoulder high sets... might be better for boogie boarding then kayak launching...  :smt003

There's no fish there, the surf is terrible (especially on the far northern nudie beach), there's no bait either.

wasnt no thang...launch took me some time to figure out but i got out there and landed easily..caught some bait (anchovies , sandabs, octopus) with sabikis , a rockfish too...no halis salmon or stripers

got my peep on too! (some ladie was getting photographed naked on the rocks) il post a report later though with pics and more detail)
