For sale at Albion if any interest is aroused:
1. plastic coated mushroom anchor, weight unknown, maybe 10 lbs.
2. beater Shimano conventional rod.
3. Cabela's 3 pc. ultralight Match Rod.
4. Islander Tropic II tandem barge.
Best offer.

Also for sale, Penn High Speed Jigmaster, and an old 8' Kunnan conventional rod.
The rod is old and has caught many fish. It has good ju-ju. It's ready to roll. I have lots of rods, and never use it anymore.
The reel is ready to rock as well.

I like that Penn Juan. Theres no green shit on it yet. Cuantos dinero amigo? Anyway I started collecting some older penns. Looks like a good reel for my dropsey son-in-law.

Juan does that yak have a solo seat in the middle? Might be a good boat to leave down the river

Does the barge have the seats and paddles.  I have one like it and my neighbor would like to have one.  It is a great boat to take kids out on a lake.

Also for sale, or barter for that matter, a Shimano Triton. The drag is not perfect, tough to set, but it pulls out smooth. It used to go great with the 8' Kunnan rod.

Good idea
A lot of us have extra stuff in certain areas. We should definitely do the Swapmeet thing at Albion. I have some weight molds and lead etc, a portable fish finder, maybe some surf rods and other items that I would be willing to trade or sell

Perfect! I need an ocean rod & reel for Albion. This will be my first ocean outing and I have a fairly stout spinning rod I use on the bay that would probably limp me through, but I want  to try a conventional reel anyway. I almost picked up a nice rod & reel at Western Boat today, but I wasn't certain about it and I didn't want to rush into a pretty big purchase not sure I was headed in the right direction.

Juan - do you want to give me a call?  - or any one else?
