Smallest fish caught on a hook

To kill some time today my wife and I went to a local pond to catch some small bluegill from the dock.

She somehow managed to catch a black bass that was no bigger then an inch and a half with a size 8 hook!

I think there should be a contest for the smallest fish.  

Is it mouth hooked or foul hooked?

Its all about the chedder cheese or bread for the bluegill and perch.  I use to fish their all the time growing up for trout and catfish.

ive done the same on small crappie jigs at the campbell perc ponds

I've caught a ling that was just a bit smaller than that...on a size 4 sabiki.

they're so cute at that age  lol

I've caught small bass like that at Chesbro Lake in Morgan Hill.  Barb-crimped Mosquito hook with a smudge of nightcrawler.

hahaha and ppl ask me if they will eat my knife jigs....I just say. Fish are dumb

This isn't a fish nor was a hook used, but definitely the smallest crab I've caught.
