Gonna do my first dive in searh of Halibut!.. Gonna dive around the barge real shallow in hunt of my first shot at A hali.... Dont want to dive alone anyone? Bueler.Bueler.

if you dive the barge also dive the area where the slope is on the way out to the barge. its easy to see and i have found halibut lying parallel on the grade. i have seen more on the end closer to the wall than farther north towards the hotel. look well though and you'll probably see divots and a fish. let us know how you fare!

if the water is warm as it has been reported, stay shallow since the halibut will probably be looking for the mackerel and anchovies which come in shallow when water is warm. at MBK i have seen schools of mackerel and under them halibut waiting for a bite.
