Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

An interesting comment from one of the main proponents of the MLPA closures that affect only fishermen and generally stay out of Ca water politics.

“It's unfortunate because the fishermen didn't create this problem — it's a very responsible fleet — but they are probably the biggest victims of there not being enough fish in the sea,” said Ken Peterson, the aquarium's spokesman.

It's a bitch.  Salmon are the soul of the Pacific Northwest.

The aquarium's no go on CA commercial salmon is logical on one hand, but it implies blame to commercial fisherman on the other.  It this stage it's pointless.  There's no fish to sell anyway.  They should just shut up and run the fish jail.
