Just wondering what everyone has planned for enjoying the 4th of July on Sunday?  My plans fell through, so not sure where to go!  I've also heard many of the firework displays have been canceled, so not sure what counties are still doing them.  Any suggestions??  THANKS!

Was just looking it up ;)  I've loved your reports, and would like a chance at some Macs.  Bit of a drive, but may consider it!

I am planning on hitting the Montezuma slough on either Sunday or Monday (maybe both). Nice tide in the morning before things will get too busy out there. See if I can't get on some action. Downtown Suisun has music and fireworks that would cool to watch and listen on kayaks but I'll be hanging with my family on dry land by then.

I'll be in beautiful Bakersfield at the inlaws!!  :smt005

Actually both this weekend AND next weekend...assuming I behave myself around the inlaws, should rack up some serious WAF points for two weekends in a row with no water time!!!!

Have fun and be safe wherever you guys go!!

No fishing involved for me!   Flying home for three days to attend mom's yearly BBQ party on the 4th, and do a walk-around my house with wife to identify things for the honey-Do list. :smt012  Survey storm damage.

Sat - gonna swim/SUP cowells, then run at NBSB

Sun - more swimming/running in the AM.

Mon - somewhere cool.  Either troll the Hwy 88 lakes (Proton/Staples) or head south to the Perc Ponds.

~~~~
Considering watching the Ferry Building fireworks from the water.  Anyone interested in paddling out from China Basin or Mission Bay?  No fishing, just paddling.
Have a good 4th weekend everyone!
