Friend having trouble registering user name and password approval

Anyone know who I can refer my friend from San Diego to get some help registering as a new member. Not receiving email confirmation from registration page, says he's tried everything he knows to get this to go through? Thanks Mike

I would PM Allen/Polepole.  Another thing you can try is to see if you can register an account for him. If it's successful then later on he can change the login password.
