Good luck  :smt006 I hope you catch both halibut and stripers. BTW, be careful around the launch area. It could get very slippery at times.

We were there last weekend. One striper, a bat ray, and something big broke off. No raked baits. Go get em! Have you ever fished there before?
Never argue with an idiot. They'll just drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience.

Thats a pretty nice area... just make sure you bring you dolly sometimes if its weekdays they will let you drive to the ramp just ask them nicely.. if the hali are in the mood you will have a blast...

Currently I don't have a dolly, but I heard that there's a doc to launch there.

Problem is it's a LOOOONG walk from the parking lot to the launch ramp, and about 100+ feet elevation also. You really need wheels or a very strong buddy to launch there.

The park staff are usually very friendly there. Most of the time they'll let you drive down so long as there aren't too many people in the park. Otherwise you will definately want your wheels at Paradise cove. Watch your footing on the ramp. Good luck if you end up there in the future.
