Right-on Jed !!! nothing like harvesting the sea and feeding your family with your bare hands. I am going to build a really suite custom abdive board and put it up as a prize for albion.

WTG on the abs/uni, Jed.  Can't believe you rockpicked with bare hands!! I once came back to shore without my gloves after an ab dive and got hundreds of tiny cuts all over my fingers from the rocks.  U R brave!

Yeah I'm paying the price now. My hands aches whenever they get wet. :smt009
John, can you recommend a pair of gloves that you do not lose feel when you're
searching for abs around the rocks?

Back when I started rock picking for Ab, I used the dish washing gloves  :smt003

Nice catch. How was the uni? Last time I got some, there wasn't a whole lot inside. I personally don't care for them but I bring them home for my wife who just loves eating uni. I need all the points I can get. :smt005

Yeah, the uni were skinny inside. But, every few, you'll get some that's fat. I'll do
some research when the best time to harvest them. I love uni and when you buy
them at a Japanese restaurant and pay big bucks for them, the taste is just not
the same as when you picked them yourself.

Congrats Jed; so happy you're putting that ab card to use. Next time you are by, see if the dive gloves I have are in good enough shape. If so they're yours. dave...
