OK... nice sturgeon tide on Saturday 12/10...

2005-12-10  08:22 PST   6.18 feet  High Tide
2005-12-10  15:15 PST   0.66 feet  Low Tide

Planning to launch at around 8:00 AM at Buck's and paddle out to the Shell Bank area to slay a Dino.  Fish through the outgoing tide.

Weather permitting of course...  Who's in?

Get to San Pablo Road

http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?searchtype=address&country=US&addtohistory=&location=GCtzKhlywIVmhivhFYpONRCQPsnLyumQYdT5n47eyrS%2fTPt9ZMye5MM0EE1PxavY8l43%2f8a8rKnsGqpX0lkUylFpaKlV7B7BCfMYGYzdqLK7dJe%2fn%2fNT765h3MHULa5qbUELeRhouyTMGXu09IkXEg%3d%3d

Then...

Buck's landing has a little sign thats only visible if you're coming from the north on San Pedro Road... if you're coming from China Camp, it's the only road to your right (an extreme right) after you leave the park at the top of a hill before you get into the residential area.

Bucks is the last place in Marin where the "regular" guy can get access to saltwater.  It is funky, but they have always really been cool to us, and they have a OG bar and good beer.  They definitely think were nuts...they might be right!  They were stunned when the saw PS's fish last year. They were even more shocked to see that Josh was bluer than papa smurf he was soooo cold and tired.

Is it a Public launch, private launch? Fee involved? Boat ramp? Do I need my kayak wheels? Just want to know what to expect if I am able to make it. So far 70% chance I wll be there. Where is the closest place to pic up bait?
Sorry for all the questions, but this area is about familiar to me as Podunk, Tennessee.

Generally no need for wheels.  Fee involved, but modest....its private so the fee is kinda whatever he feels at the moment. Last time it was like 10.00 for everyobody combined.  Western Boat in San Rafael is the closest bait.
