squid report out of sc

I checked baysidemarine report, and the big squid are in Santa Cruz, just 9 miles out! Thought I would pass the info along.

If it was half that far, I might consider going after'em.  I'm surprise there haven't been any reports of giant squid caught in the deep canyons just outside of Moss Landing.

Could you imagine halibut fishing the deap waters off alaska with one of those as bait?? Just off the wall dreaming...all work and no fishing does that to a guy
