Been asked by a few people for more details on our La Paz trip ... http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php/topic,23850.0.html

We've been considering what it would take to offer this trip as a fully guided mothership trip.  I wanted to check to see how much interest there might be in this.  Also, would you be interested in a spring trip (April/May) with the premier target fish being yellowtail?  However, in April you have your best chance at catching the most variety and the weather is still pleasant.  Or would a fall trip (Sept/Oct) be of more interest, when the pelagics are in, but the weather is hotter?

Basically what we'd be offering is a fully guided mothership trip for up to 5 clients.  7 nights on the boat, 6 days of fishing.  The boat has some decent range and we can run anywhere from the islands off of La Paz all the way down to the East Cape.  Costs are expected to be competitive with other Baja kayak fishing trips.

Yes! We use to go to Cabo for Sammys B-day 10/13 and the weather was just starting to cool for Hurricane season-- good and bad.

Interested - not for Fall as I'm going to Ketchikan in August to harass Mooch. April/May would be good. From my last La Paz trip in late May it was already getting darn hot - Water Temp was 69 -70 degrees.

You going on a Foggy Bay trip in August?  I'll see you up there.

I wish it was Foggy Bay. This is a father - son trip 8-10 to 8-17. My dad will be 80 this month and Foggy Bay would be too much for him. I should be able to do several Kayak days as well as the usual PB charters and self guided rentals. The freshwater salmon fishing (pink, chum and coho) will be kickin in then too.

My vote would be for Sept./October, but I couldn't swing it this year.
