Blake,
Thanks for the inputs. Will try them next time:
1. If no bite, try a different offering before moving.
2. Bigger offerings, bigger fish.
In the past, I just stayed with the offerings that worked. Also have not tried to switch to bigger offerings.

Nice work!  I considered going there instead of SWS on Sunday but decided on SWS where I did okay.  If I'm not mistaken most of those rockfish look like grassies, one of my favorite to catch off of the rocks.  Looks like you had a great day.  Thanks for the report!

You're right Michael. From where we were fishing to the rocks is definitely within reach by shore fishing.

Looking forward to hooking up with you in the future along with Blake who is a local there.

Excellent report. That's strange that the fish would get lockjaw but way to stick it to them. I was thinking about going on Saturday but decided to take mom out to an early Mother's Day lunch instead. Perhaps in the future, I'll join you on your outing.

Danny,

Nice catch.  Nice to see my kayak towing crew catching fish.  Masarap to fry that and have it with tomatoes and itlog na maalat.  I'm getting the fever again and hopefully soon I will have some time to go out with you guys.
