Dear Skyboy,

Welcome to the polepole advice network!!!

You man!  She woman!

Man must hunt/fish to provide for he table.  It's inherent in our genes.  During times of role reversal such as man having to take care of children, man can go crazy resulting in an unhealthy homelife.  The only known cure is to immediately send man out to hunt/fish to restore life to the status quo.

Millions of years of evolution can't be wrong.

After reading that I am encouraged, although I am going to need some help on the "Catching" end of things. Fishing and hunting are in my blood (I use to guide elk hunts in Idaho). I've got the fishing part down, The catching on the other hand, well lets just say, I am not looking on the recipe forum yet!!!!

I think the next big purchase loan I close My commission is going into a separate "WAF" account at WFB, and ill use it to purchase WAF points, no fishing, no credit card, although if I do that, it could be costly in other areas. yea, maybe I just need to learn where they sell rock fish for back-up of course.

Part of the reason I turned my custom fishing rod hobby into a side business is to make money to offset the cost of my own fishing endeavors.  Allows me to buy gear without using nearly as much WAF as it normally would.

It does, however, cost a small amount of WAF to spend the time in the garage actually building the rods... but I think I'm still coming out ahead there.

Funny thing about WAF is that it's pretty darned complicated... yet us guys seem to inherently know all of the variables and know how our account is doing without getting a monthly statement.  Good stuff.

Those lucky girls just have to bring home a 12 pack of premium beer to get a high HAF. :party  'Course they lose it again if they proceed to fall asleep after a meagre 2 beers..  :smt064

Allen - wish I could tatoo this on my friends forehead (I'd like to mention his name but his wife may kill me and may affect his already dwindling WAF)  - so his wife can read it everytime she sees him and be reminded about the facts of "man life" :smt003

Warning!-

Tarzan and his buddy are single, and as far as I know, have never been married! :smt003

Uh, on the other hand, they do manage to go fishing more than I do. :smt010

Aw Piscko,

What about Jane? :smt007  Tarzan got plenty of action.

And look at yourself.  Your wife actually let you drive 9 hours to go fishing for a morning before having to turn around and come back? :smt016

It is a very good idea to have a wife that will tolerate (if not laugh at) one's obsession/sickness.
