I thought the net requirement was only in the ocean. It's in the bay too? Just took a look at the weather predictions and it's still looking spotty tomorrow. Think I'm going to wait for a more consistant weather pattern.

Yes they're in the bay but not in great number yet.  We caught 2 Hali today (22.5" and 29") and the 22.5" was released.
