Decided to hit the ARW today as the weather was very nice.  Outgoing tide, no wind, no waves.  Met up with Duane at the launch, was expecting to go out solo, but definetely better with another NCKA'r.  Drifted towards the bridge, on the far side of the main channel Duane picked up a halibut.  A short time later he picked up a striper.  I was feeling left out, but when we were repositioning for another drift I got my halibut.  I had it up close two times, both resulted in hard runs.  The third time though I was able to get my gaff into it.  Unfortunately that was it for us - another hard day at the office.

Good job Boys! Sorry I couldn't get my radio to pick up what you were saying to me. I could tell you were talking, just not what you said, other than "No fish", but that must have been before the action.
