Stopped at the BP marina for baits around 6:30am and it's still closed! Turned out he's 10 minutes late.  Met Dave at the launch at 7am and OTW around 7:30am.  He dropped the VHF radio by the ramp in about 4ft of water and able to retrieve it after 15 minutes fishing around with a net.  Unfortunately, it's not working after that.  Hopefully it's still under warranty since he has it less than a year.
We had lots of fun catching about 10 Stripers, most of them were between 12" - 17".  I caught one just barely legal but lost it while trying to take picture and holding it on the hawg trough.  Later, I caught another one close to 19" and this time it's on the game clip before snapping the pictures  :smt003
Thank you Dave for the cookie and hope to fish with you again soon.  One more thing, I forgot the PFD by the ramp and didn't notice until I got home.  I had my fishing licence in one of the PFD's pocket so hopefully someone will contact me if they found it.  Here are some pictures of the day...

Bummer on the gear losses, but you got some action and time on flat water.  Thanks for the post.   :smt001

Sonny, your definetly one of the good guys, hopefully some good karma will come back on the license and the PFD.  Once at Salt Point I left my wet suit hanging over a post, as I drove off there was this "crazy guy" yelling at me, I finally stopped and he pointed at it and said I think that's yours.

And at least you got dinner outta the trip....

Thanks for the kind words Dale.  I just hope who ever found it return my license.  I can get a duplicate fishing license but not sure about the Sturgeon report, Second rod stamp, etc...

I too hope you get your stuff back. Sorry I couldn't be there. You need to do something about the sleep depredation, that may be the cause of the loss.
