Don't care what day I fish where, anybody want to join let me know.
If you have to travel I have a place to stay.

Hey Mike - if I'm feeling better and up for a drive, I may hit mendo again. It all depends on how long this flu bugs me.

I hope she isn't making you go shopping.  I got suckered into dropping my GF off at the mall.  Got to build the GAF.

No amazing report, but we elected to fish the "wrong end" of the lake.   We saw the Prez of the SBA this morning and he said that he has been seeing fish in the north end, particularly off Vinegar Point.  Topwater has been late in the day...3:00 to dark.

Sean do you think the rain messed up the visabilty at the lake? Does it make a differance to the stripers when your trolling minnows.

I'm still on. I'm wondering where vinegar point is, I asume on the dam end.  and if the bite is on later in the day, do you want to start later?

Mike Vinegar Point is the point just south of the campground we stayed at for Mendo Bendo, with the big tower on it.
I was thinking the same thing of starting later, just trying to fiqure if the rain muddied the lake, and it might make it tough for the stripers
to find the minnows. The wind is howling  up here big time right now and is forecast to blow up to 30mph tomorrow calming Sun.
I'll PM Sean and see what he thinks with the wind and the muddy water?
