What a beautiful day today!  We had fun getting dirty and lots of "exercise"  :smt003  We got about 40+ clams some of them have very long "neck"  :smt003  We also had good tailgate buffet with: Clam Sashimi, Smoked clams, sandwiches, chips, etc...Nice to meet Willie & his Dad for the first time.  Let's do it again on the next minus tide  :smt001  Here are some pictures at the parking lot...

I forgot mine in my truck!  Dave took some pictures when we're out there at the clam bed.  He'll post them later.

Sonny,
Thanks for a great report.  I am so disappointed that the weather caused us to cancel on Wednesday.  I can't wait to try this!  Next time!!!!!

sorry to post these pics late..
had to get home yesterday, clean up gear, clean clams, then fly redeye to New York.

Sonny, thanks so much for being a great coach as always..your generosity and shared enthusiasm is truly admirable and deeply appreciated.

the sashimi for dinner was terrific..like you said..meat taste sweet without the funky odor from the mud which they thrive in...

Will...good to meet you and your pop...its geat that you can still share fishing adventures with your old man.

thanks for sharing the smoked oysters too.. hope you guys get some abs later this week.
