 2 batteries, plastic case, and the charger. The drill is NOT working; I think the clutch went out. If somebody has any kind of 12 volt porter cable cordless tools they can have everything. I still have the drill if you are interested in trying to get it working. I'm in livermore.

It's just a nimh or nicad  battery pack that is essentially the same as what you would be making with rechargeable AA's.
So wiring would be the same, its DC so just 2 wires
Wiring the battery is the tricky part depending on the design.
The easy way is to cut off the drill handle, then use the wires from the trigger/motor to your fuse and FF.
Make sure you have the polarity right!  DC current will get real hot if you make a short circuit.
Then stick it in a small dry bag.
