I have been out there fishing with Bryan, using the same texas rigged plastic worm, color and everything.  He always catches more than me.  You want the secret? The secret is all the countless hours he spends on the water learning the structure, patterns, etc.  Another thing: patience.  Slow bass will just sit and stare at a texas rigged worm.  If you move it too much, they might not bite.  Let it sit....and sit.....and sit.....  a little longer, and sometimes they can't take it and inhale it.

Bryan has definately got the edge on the bass fishing! For the time we were there in the AM he was hittin the sweet spots!

Thank you so much for the teachings you imparted Bryan, it's going to pay off, I just know it!!!! Next time I will set the hook! :smt003 I took my son to the local bait shop today and picked up some lizards that he helped me choose and he got himself a rubber minnow out of the discount bin which his good looks apparently got him free of charge!!  :smt044 What can I say he takes after his moms sweet looks. The gal at the counter also showed us some "glow in the dark" green live worms that she sez the locals like to use at night for the bass.

Thanks again Bryan!
