Nice day at Fort Ross

 
well made it to a nice day out by my self rather that two ppb. fishing was slow made it out at 8:30 stayed on the water till 12:00

3 coppers all 4 to 7 lbs
4 lings for undersized to 10lbs lost another nice one never saw it. i guess i will go to a little heavery line but there still needs to be some sport to it
a couple of chinas
and one nice vermillon coming in at 5lbs

all on swimbaits and iron with squid

Good to hear you had a good time out there. How was the water? I'm thinking about heading up to pick some abs on turkey day. Just wondering if it'll be worth the drive.

the water was dirtest i have seen there but there was one guy who went from the beach and scored threee nice abs. he was telling me the visaiblity was about 10 to 12 feet on the bottom in any direction. the med water colum was were the vesibitly was bad. my guess by tomorrow it would have gotten way better.
