12 ft - 56 lbs  :smt009

Bro, save your $$ and stick to the tried and true kayak brands.....just keep you eye on the classifeds and craigslist. In the mean time, you can always borrow from an NCKA bro.

I was looking at it yesterday. My cousin was thinking about buying it I told him the same thing. Too heavy and you can find a better used boat around the same price.

Craig still has the SP tankwell version for sale.  Darius probably prefers a boat w/ more primary stability.

Better buy:  Brian G's P15 w/ rudder for $450.00

I'm sure you can find a Prowler 13 (the original P-13 and not the Trident 13) a lot cheaper these days....take your time and you'll find a good deal!

We will keep an eye open for ya!

I did this when I lived in a studio apartment. Just invest in a good cable lock.  :smt003

Why do you guys say its too heavy?  Isn't it on par with the weight of a trident?  Not sure about prowlers, but 56 pounds sounds to be on average for a 13 ft kayak.
