Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Thanks for the report Mike. That is where I've caught my biggest dino from
shore. It was 62" long 63lbs.

Two buddies and I fished there Wednesday of last week, 5 jumpers all around us but no takes. I heard too much fresh water coming down? Too cold? Sweeney's "live" mushy ghost shrimp? Lots of excuses, but the fish are obviously there. Fished today at the Petaluma River mouth again for no takes, but power boater told us about a spot above Black Point where he has recently landed several fish (nothing today for him though).  The area is at the towers, 1/2 mile N from the Highway 37 bridge, East side of the river.  Petaluma Sport and Dive confirmed that fish have been caught in that area, from Mira Monte to the mouth of the Petaluma River.  Can't wait to try it!
