I was trolling a grass shrimp but no takers.

Those seals freak me out when they suddenly surface near me. Especially when i'm outside the bay.

Looks like lots of bait in the water. Did you see what the pelicans were eating.

Looks like lots of bait in the water. Did you see what the pelicans were eating. 

Probably herring.  I just read they are making a late arrival this year, and that's a spot they usually gather.
