As long as I can stay on the coast between Santa Cruz and Big Sur, I'll be happy. Breathing fresh ocean air every day feels great.
My dreamhouse is somewhere on the coast south of Carmel. It also has private beachfront access that is open to all my NCKA brothers & sisters. C'mon lotto!

As far as dreamin...  maybe La Honda?  Somewhere off the beaten path, away from tourists, but still near the ocean.

I just rode Kings Mountain and Old La Honda Rd yesterday.  The cracked pavement on the descent really rattles your b___s!  Very woodsy, verdant, yet so close to everything.  Good pick.
