Fished Cameron Park Lake today and having trouble ID-ing one of the bass I caught. I assumed all LM but thought the first fish (below, first four pix) might actually be a spotted due to attached 1st and 2nd dorsals and body color. Any thoughts?

Looks like a small mouth to me!

In my humble opinion all of the pics show LM. Spots look much different once you see enough of them.

But I couldn't see "Jaw extends well behind the back margin of the eye when mouth is closed" feature of LM.

IMO: Large mouth - lateral line is visible.

I stand corrected.  You guys are right! It's a LM.  Thanks for the great link Brian.

Thanks guys!

It was just the bass in the first 4 photos I was unsure of and didn't get a good pic of the jaw/eye. I knew the others were LM based mostly on the jaw extending past the eye. Color was really bad on that first bass, and weird behavior, I reeled him in from 14 fow and its jaw would not close and just stayed open, none of the other LM I caught did that, so thought that was off too, seemed to swim off just fine though.
