Among the attendees will be Captain Leo Duarte from Oceanside.  Capt. Leo owns and operates Aries sportfishing, a six pack fishing and spearfishing operation.  The boat is a 32' Radon.  Here's a link to his site:

http://www.ariessportfishing.com/

This could be a great platform for the guys that are interested in fishing for some California "exotics" in the spring and summer.

I'll most likely be there in the morning. I will not participate the shark derby but will attend the AOTY party later that afternoon. I regret doing this, but I will have do sell off all my free dive gear. (I'm gonna have fuzz price 'em for me since he knows more of what the value should be).

Picasso 7mil free dive suit
long fins
rubber weight belt
weights (about 280- 30 pounds)
mask / snorkel
titanium dive knife

The open cell suits are very nice but any 7mm will work if money is tight. Two piece are nice because you don't overheat when paddling out. I usually paddle out in my bottoms and put my top on when I get to the spot.

Ummm ... what's your shoe size for the fins?

Do you know the suit size.  Probably too short and big for me though, but i dunno, if you got a standard XL, that could work for me.

Sadly, I've outgrown my wetsuit.  I don't know how I ever fit in a Large/Tall.

Thanks to everyone who showed up.  First time we've hosted an event like this and we were pleased to have a pretty decent turnout on both buyer/seller sides.  I was pleasantly surprised how many NCKA'ers showed up as well.  :)

Learned a lot & now we have a good frame of reference for another event in the future.  ;)
